Emerging from a subterranean geometric vortex circa 2011, the band released a series of influential, deeply textured analog recordings that existed as digital artifacts only briefly. They were never meant for a 'service'—they were transmissions.
After the controversial launch of the album Advanced Erections (2016), the band entered a lengthy, multi-dimensional legal conflict against their label. Having won back every right to their music and their masters, ARACHNOID ADVANCES took the unprecedented step of systematically purging every single trace of their recorded legacy from the internet, boycotting algorithms that devalue art.
